I’ve lived in five different countries on four continents and spent years adapting to new cultures, rhythms, and ways of life. Along the way, I learned that well-being isn’t something you find once and keep forever—it’s something you continuously return to, especially during periods of change. Each place I’ve called home taught me something different about balance, resilience, and what it truly means to feel grounded.
Those experiences inform the work I do today. I blend nervous-system-informed wellness practices, movement, and lifestyle guidance with thoughtfully curated travel and retreat experiences designed to support people through stress, burnout, and life transitions—without pressure or performance.
With a background in yoga therapy, holistic coaching, and mind–body practices, my approach is practical, supportive, and deeply personalized. Whether I’m working one-on-one with clients, leading retreats, or planning intentional journeys, my focus is on creating environments that feel safe, steady, and authentic.
Live Well Journeys was born from my belief that where we go—and how we experience it—shapes how we live. Through wellness and travel, I help people slow down, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity and ease.
